Tracking Impact

The Duke Endowment is committed to a continuous review of our grants programs. We ask grantees to submit progress and final reports and updated financials to help track progress against defined benchmarks and to capture information that can be used to make mid-course corrections.

With the launch of a new grant application portal in December 2009, all of our applications and reports must be submitted online. The information you submit is automatically downloaded into our grants database, a paperless streamlined process from beginning to end.

You will receive an e-mail from The Duke Endowment when it’s time to submit a progress or final report and updated financials.

Deadlines

Due dates for submitting reports vary for each program area. You will be notified of specific dates when your report is due.

Submitting a report

To submit report forms, log in to the online system. “My Account Page” will have links to necessary reports.

Financial Budget Reports

Along with progress and final reports, we ask that you submit updated budgets, which can be downloaded below. They must be submitted online along with your progress or final reports.
