Flores joined the Endowment in 2021 after earning a master’s degree in quantitative management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She previously served as a Projects Analyst at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C., and worked in the Office of the Ambassador of Mauritius to the United States.
