Smith joined the Endowment in 2024 as a Program Analyst in Health Care after working as a pediatric clinical research coordinator for Atrium Health. She was previously a research associate for Denver Health in Denver, Colorado. During the early years of the COVID-19 pandemic, she worked as a graduate research assistant at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in Baltimore, Maryland.
