Lademann joined The Duke Endowment in 2022 as a Sr. Administrative Specialist for the Information Technology team. She earned a degree from East Carolina University in Public Health. In the years prior to joining The Duke Endowment, she worked at a not-for-profit where she assisted local health departments with procedures and protocols during the coronavirus pandemic.
