After serving as a Fellow at the Endowment from 2012-2014, Dalrymple earned a Master’s of Education at Harvard University. He returned to the Endowment in 2015 as a Research and Program Analyst. He previously taught elementary school for Baltimore City Public Schools through Teach for America.
