Cecil has been President and CEO of Biltmore Farms LLC, since 1992. He serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Dogwood Health Trust; Director, N.C. GlaxoSmithKline Foundation; Director and Executive Committee, The Research Triangle Foundation of N.C.; Director, Barron Collier Management LLC; Governor, Urban Land Institute Foundation; and Member, Governor’s Advisory Committee for Western NC Recovery.
