Healthy People, Healthy Carolinas Resources

Healthy People, Healthy Carolinas Resources

Healthy People, Healthy Carolinas is an initiative of The Duke Endowment. It takes a bold community-based approach to addressing chronic health issues, such as unhealthy weight, diabetes and heart disease. To assist you with promoting and leveraging Healthy People, Healthy Carolinas in your own materials and communications, we have developed the following suite of resources.

PLEASE NOTE: All North Carolina publicity, including news releases and other marketing materials, must be approved in advance by Donna Albertone at Population Health Improvement Partners.
